Portion of M. Almeda St. from G. De Borja St. to and including E. Hermosa and P. Rosales Sts.; Bisig ng Komunidad Cpd. and Grem Village in Bgys. San Roque and Sta. Ana; and Sitio Pulong Tabi in Bgy. Palingon, Taguig City.
